While studying for a semester in Oaxaca, Mexico, 10 classmates from Linfield College and I boarded a tour bus and headed 12 hours to Chiapas, Mexico. What waited ahead of us was not only a culture shock, but amazing ruins and beautiful scenery, essentially one of my favorite times in Mexico.
